Cancel or change an appointment

Time is precious, for you, for us, for everyone. Therefore, the following conditions apply when you cancel your reservation: if you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do that without charges up to 48 hours in advance. Please call or mail us (info@tourofbeauty.nl) and we will reschedule your reservation. If you do not cancel your reservation in time, we are required to charge 50% of your booked treatment.

1. Customer Registration

Welcome to Tour of Beauty. We are authorized reseller of the Biologique Recherche brand and several other brands. If you are interested in a product, register as a customer first. To do so, create an account on our website at www.tourofbeauty.nl. This ensures that your name, address, email address and phone number are correctly registered in our customer system. Naturally, we handle your privacy information with care. When you create an account, we assume that you also like to receive our newsletters so that you can stay up to date with our promotions and developments (maximum 2x per month).

2. Requesting product information

After creating your personal customer account, you can submit your product selection to us. From Monday to Saturday we will inform you quickly and in any case within 24 hours about the availability and price of your selected products. We find it important that you are completely satisfied with your chosen products and recommend that you schedule an appointment (online) for a skin and product consultation at a time that is convenient for you. If you are already familiar with the product you want to order, place an order immediately.

3. Order product

After you have made your final choice of one or more products, you can confirm your order to us.

4. Final ordering

Upon receipt of your final order, we will send an invoice to you by mail requesting payment. Upon receipt of your final order, we will send an invoice to you by mail requesting payment. For an order under € 200, € 7,50 shipping costs will be charged. Orders over € 200 will be shipped to you for free.

5. Pay

Once we receive your payment, we will send your order to you within 48 hours. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will let you know.

6. Delivery

If you live in The Hague or within a 15 km radius of The Hague, we can deliver your order to you personally, at a time that suits you. When your order is shipped by us, Post NL will arrange for delivery to your home. When you placed your order, you already indicated your preference for personal delivery or shipping. When you choose to ship, you can also choose to receive track and trace information right away.

7. Package tracking

If you indicate that you would like to be notified via track and trace about the time of delivery of your order, we will send you the link with track and trace information after your package is shipped.

8. Returning Product

If you wish to return your order (or part of it), you may do so without giving reasons within a period of 30 days. We ask that you notify us by email. It is important that you ensure that the returned products are received by us within the 30-day period. Refund of the returned products will take place within a maximum of 7 days after we receive the shipment to the bank account number provided by you.

Products can only be returned in the complete original packaging, unopened and in the original shipping package or similar box. Returned products we check for use and any damage. If the seal is broken or the product has been used we will charge a 100% depreciation in value. Hygiene products such as cosmetics whose seal has been broken can therefore never be returned.

9. Shipment is damaged

Upon receipt, check your order right away for damage to the products. We pack and ship your order as carefully as possible. Should any damage occur, please notify us immediately by phone or e-mail and include a photo. Also in case the shipment is incomplete or wrong products have been sent, please contact us immediately by phone or email. Of course, we will then immediately take care of a solution and inform you about the follow-up.

10. Warranty or allergic reaction

Tour of Beauty is officially authorized by all the brands in our range. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer or distributor of these brands. We provide no additional warranties beyond those specified by the supplier. If you have any questions about our warranty policy, please contact us. We take no responsibility for any hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to ingredients in the cosmetics products we recommend. If you have further questions about ingredients and constituents in a product, please contact us as well.

If you do happen to have an unpleasant allergic reaction after using a product you purchased from us, please let us know right away. In that case, we will do our best to look for an appropriate solution for you.
